Built on our own farm, by people who build software.
eFarmWorks didn't start as a software idea. It started with our own animals, our own staff and our own notebooks — and the questions we couldn't answer.

Our vision and mission
To build the digital backbone of the world's farms, connecting the work in the field to the numbers in the books, so that farming everywhere becomes as measurable, transparent and profitable as any modern business.
To give every farm one simple system for its production, people and money, where each day's work takes a minute to record and every decision rests on real numbers.
From the notebook to the ERP.
When we started our farm, we ran it the way most farms are run: a register for the milk round, notebooks in the shed, spreadsheets late at night and phone calls to find out what happened that day. It worked — until the farm grew.
Feed bills didn't match what was fed. Customers' balances lived in someone's memory. Salary advances were written in a diary. And we could never say what an animal really cost to keep, or what it earned. We couldn't be on the farm every hour, and the numbers never told us the whole story.
We come from technology — more than 30 years of building systems for top companies. So we did what we know best: we built the system our own farm needed, and ran our farm on it. Every screen in eFarmWorks answers a question we once couldn't answer ourselves.
Now we're opening it to other farms, starting with livestock and poultry in December 2026.
The questions we couldn't answer
- What did each animal cost us this month — and what did it earn?
- How much milk went out, to whom, and who has actually paid?
- Does the feed in the store match what we bought and what we fed?
- Which staff took an advance, and how much is still to recover?
- What happened on the farm today — without calling anyone?
eFarmWorks answers every one of them — for your farm too.
The pulse behind eFarmWorks.
Born on a farm
Every feature began as a problem on our own farm. Our founding farms now help shape what comes next.
One minute, or it's not done
Plain words, a few taps. If a shed worker can't record it in a minute, we're not finished.
Every number has a name
Each entry carries who made it and when — so any figure traces straight back to its source.
Your farm, your eyes only
Only the people you invite get in — and each one sees only what their role allows.
