This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. It describes how we work today and may change as eFarmWorks grows.
Who we are
eFarmWorks is farm management software for livestock and poultry farms. "We" and "us" in this policy mean the eFarmWorks team. You can reach us at sales@efarmworks.com.
What we collect on this website
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Early access sign-up: your name, email, type of farm, number of farms and country.
- Contact form: your name, email and your message.
To stop spam, our server keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address for a short time to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address with your form details.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them. If we turn on a spam check from Cloudflare, your browser will also connect to Cloudflare when you send a form.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or keep you informed about early access and the launch of eFarmWorks.
- To send you a confirmation email when you join the early access list.
- To understand what kinds of farms are interested, so we can decide what to build next.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored on our web hosting server and sent to our team's email inbox. We take reasonable care to keep them private, but no system on the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information inside the eFarmWorks app
The records you enter in the app — animals, flocks, stock, sales, staff and accounts — belong to your business. Only the people you invite can see them, and each person sees only the farms and work their role allows. We may access your account only when needed to run the service, fix a problem or help you when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or remove the details you sent through our forms, or ask to stop receiving emails, by writing to sales@efarmworks.com. Every email we send also lets you reply to us directly.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
