These terms set out, in plain words, how the eFarmWorks website and service may be used. By using the website or the service, you accept them.
The service
eFarmWorks is farm management software for livestock and poultry farms. It is being prepared for launch, and features, screens, plans and prices may change before and after launch. What you see on this website describes the service as we plan it today and is not a guarantee of any particular feature.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the people you invite to your account, the roles you give them and everything entered under your account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Trials, plans and payment
Plans, prices and offers — including the free trial and the founding-farm offer — are as shown on our website at the time you sign up. We may change plans and prices for future billing periods and will let you know before a change affects you. Unless we say otherwise, prices are in US dollars.
Your records
The records you enter belong to your business. You are responsible for what is entered and for keeping your own copies of anything important. eFarmWorks does not yet offer a self-service export.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that is used this way.
No guarantees
The website and the service are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep eFarmWorks accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.
The figures, reports and summaries in eFarmWorks are calculated from the information you and your team enter. They are there to help you run your farm; they are not financial, veterinary, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for checking them and for the decisions you make.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, eFarmWorks and its team are not responsible for any loss or damage — including lost income, lost data, animal or production losses, or business interruption — arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or the service, from mistakes in entered or calculated information, or from the actions of anyone you give access to.
Ending your use
You can stop using eFarmWorks at any time. We may stop or change the service, or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
